Design & Build
Want to enjoy a pool in your own backyard, but want a more affordable option? An above-ground pool might work for you! Above-ground pools can be as small as 15 feet in diameter or as large as 20 x 40 feet with a depth of 48 or 52 inches. One of the biggest advantages of an above-ground pool is that many can be installed in as little as one day with no inspections or county permit!
Once you have decided an in-ground pool is right for you and your backyard, the next step would be determining the type of in-ground pool you prefer. Each installation takes about 1-4 weeks to install, barring any unforeseen circumstances.
Vinyl Liner Pools
Vinyl liner pools are more wallet-friendly when compared to fiberglass pools. They can be made in a variety of shapes, sizes and depths, helping maximize your swim space and backyard dream. The pools are structured with polymer walls, which are guaranteed for life, as they do not oxidize like metal walls. The liner, which is fitted over the walls, can last up to 15 years if properly maintained.
Our fiberglass pools have a lifetime warranty! They too come in a variety of shapes, sizes and depths with steps, seating areas and more already integrated into its design. Due to its fiberglass material, fiberglass pools are easier to maintain and require less chemicals to keep your water sparkling. Because the pools are shipped directly to us from the manufacturer, fiberglass pools can be installed in a week!

Interested in having a fabulous pool in your backyard but don’t know what to expect? Check out the process below to see what is involved!
Meet with Our Team: Give us a call to schedule your consultation! We will come out to your house to check out the land where the pool will be installed and discuss pricing and options. We will provide an estimate of both the cost and how long the installation will take for your pool. If the you are interested in proceeding with installing a pool and are pleased with our pricing, it is at this point where you will need to acquire HOA approval, if applicable, so we can get started.
Finalize the details: Let us get started! Once HOA approval has been procured and options have been decided, we create a personalized agreement for you and your pool.
Obtain Permit: Not a fan of red tape? We get the permit to build on your land from the county.
Prepare backyard: While the permit is being processed, you can start preparing your backyard. If your lot has a lot of trees, you will need to hire a tree service company to come in and removes the trees. If you have a deck, swing set, or any other structure(s) that are no longer needed or will interfere with the pool, now would be the time to remove them. Afterwards, the utilities are marked on the ground.
Excavation: Once your permit is approved and the backyard is clear, it’s time to bring in the heavy equipment. Depending on your pool type, the size, backyard configuration and the weather, excavation can take up to one week. The larger and deeper the pool, the longer it will take.
Installation: After excavation is completed, we can start the installation of your pool. For vinyl pools, we build the walls that will frame your pool. This can take up to one day. Once the walls are up, the floor is built, and then the liner is installed. If it’s a fiberglass pool, we first lay out the plumbing and then bring in the fabricated pool. And then the fun part comes in! The pool is filled up with water!
Backfilling the pool: To install the pool correctly, we excavate a larger hole than your pool needs. It is at this point, that we fill in around the pool with dirt or gravel. It’s your choice! Once the pool is backfilled, we will lay the concrete deck around the pool.
Fence: If you don’t already have one or need a new one, we can install the safety fence around your pool. All pools are required to have a fence according to county code.
Final Inspection: Once everything is complete, the final step is an inspection. The county comes in to inspect the pool and make sure that everything is up to code. And now you can finally enjoy your new pool!
